Using the site
The site, including its playable creature demo, is free to use for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or use automated tools to copy it in bulk.
Our content
Graphlings, the crystal creatures, their names and artwork, the site's code, music, sounds and text are owned by Valpatel Software LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The game is free to play; that does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute or sell our content or code. You are welcome to share links, screenshots and videos of your creatures for non-commercial purposes.
Creatures with minds of their own
Graphlings creatures produce their own thoughts and behaviour automatically. We work hard to keep that content kind and age-appropriate, but automatically generated content can occasionally be surprising or wrong. It does not represent our views, and it is not advice.
Third-party sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as Discord, YouTube and companion web games. Their own terms apply when you use them.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valpatel Software LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
The Graphlings game apps
These terms cover the website. Apps distributed through app stores or beta programs may come with additional terms, which will be shown before you install or join.
